What you are going to do?

You will learn the ins and outs of the world of solar panels. From the beginning you will receive proper guidance to get the best possible start. As a production employee you will also be involved in:

  • Soldering the solar panels at the various workstations.
  • Guaranteeing quality during the production process.
  • Ensuring an orderly and clean working environment.

Who are you?

Besides an enthusiastic attitude and eagerness to learn, you have a keen interest in innovation. You like to roll up your sleeves and get things done quickly. You get energy to bring a beautiful and unique product to the market together.

Do you have technical affinity and knowledge?

Are you willing to start in a 2-shift system (allowance of 13,3%).

You enjoy working in an international environment.

Where will you be working?

The company is a leader in the solar panel market. They prefer to work as sustainable as possible. The solar panels that Energyra produces end up everywhere: in all residential and industrial environments, in different weather conditions and in vulnerable environments.

On the work floor itself there is an informal atmosphere. You can go to anyone with any questions you may have. For the job itself, you do not necessarily need to have technical work experience, but it is important that you enjoy learning.

What do we have to offer you?

  • Salary €12,70, - bruto an hour salary;
  • 25 free (payed) holidays a year (when you work fulltime);
  • 8% holiday money;
  • Training opportunities, both internally and externally, for example a hoisting certificate and/or a forklift diploma.
  • A long-term job, with good performance, chance of a permanent contract;
  • Clothing and personal protective equipment are made available by TBS-SVA;
  • We provide you a house close as possible to the job. We offer a private room in a house together with your colleagues. The cost for the rent is €150 per week included water, electricity, gas and internet. The rent we will hold on a weekly base from your salary;
  • We take care of transport;
  • We will pick you up at the airport and bring you to your new house;
  • We will fix your Dutch Health Care Insurance and your taxes number.
